Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) 2022
The RENE certification is a premier negotiation credential. The RENE is conferred by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) and is an official certification of the National Association of REALTORS® for Realtors who successfully complete comprehensive coursework in negotiation and subscribe to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics.
Texas Residential Leasing Specialist (TRLS) 2018
The TRLS is a statewide certification for Realtors who successfully complete comprehensive coursework in the fundamentals of residential listing, leasing, agency, and forms. Realtors with this training can better understand the needs of homeowners and tenants to guide them through the process of leasing a home.
HAR Realtor Launch: Your Path to Success (HARRL) 2018
The HARRL is a local certification for Realtors who successfully complete training on how to handle residential transactions from contracts to closing.
